Troubleshooting

Error 255: why can’t I start training?

Try refreshing your app session and reconnecting your PowerBox. The supplied support guidance associates this error with a connection or account communication issue.

  1. Switch off your PowerBox.
  2. Open Settings in MyVisionbody and log out.
  3. Make sure your phone has a working Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
  4. Log back in, then switch the PowerBox on and try starting your session again.
Still seeing error 255? Contact Visionbody support. They may need to check your PowerBox activation. Only deactivate or reactivate the box when support instructs you to do so.

Why is intensity stuck at 11% with no stimulation?

If the intensity stops at 11% and you feel no stimulation, try the app-session reset described in the support guidance.

  1. Exit the current training program.
  2. Log out of MyVisionbody and switch off the PowerBox.
  3. Close unused apps and unnecessary browser tabs.
  4. Log back in, switch the PowerBox on, and start the program again.
  5. Readjust the intensity gradually, one muscle group at a time.
If the limit remains, contact support and mention the 11% cap. This symptom alone does not establish whether the cause is the app, connection, PowerBox, or suit.

What should I do about red warning triangles?

Do not increase intensity on a muscle group showing a red triangle. The support recordings recommend pausing and warming up before trying again.

  1. Pause the session.
  2. Do some more gentle warm-up movement and drink water as appropriate.
  3. Check the suit’s fit and electrode placement using your model’s instructions.
  4. Try again at a low setting. Only adjust a muscle group once its warning has cleared.

If a warning persists or you still feel no stimulation, stop troubleshooting that area and contact support. Tell them whether it affects every muscle group or just one.

If a triangle starts flashing as you raise intensity, reduce the selected area’s setting by a few percentage points, as described in the supplied guidance. Keep that area deselected from any group increase. Pause if the warning does not clear.

What information should I send to support?

Give support a clear description of what happened so they can check your specific setup.

  • The exact error code or warning, and a screenshot if available.
  • Your PowerBox number, app version, and phone model.
  • The selected program and the affected muscle groups.
  • The battery level and whether you were using Wi-Fi or mobile data.
  • The steps you have already tried and what changed.

For error 255, mention whether logging out and back in helped. For the 11% limit, state whether you felt any stimulation. Use the support link below to contact the team.

Orders & delivery

What is included in Single, Duo, and Double packages?

The supplied guidance describes these configurations:

  • Single: one PowerSuit and one PowerBox.
  • Duo: two PowerSuits sharing one PowerBox, for use one person at a time.
  • Double: two PowerSuits and two PowerBoxes, for two people to train at the same time.

The recording describes a battery already inside each PowerBox, the supplied charging cable, a backpack, and a printed quick-start guide. Backpack models and packaging may vary. Belts, wristbands, and extra batteries are add-ons unless included in your order.

Keep the quick-start guide and compare the delivery with your order confirmation. If a paid-for item is missing, contact support with your order number and a description of the missing item.

I have not received my order confirmation. What should I check?
  1. Check the inbox for the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Search your mailbox for Visionbody and check Spam or Junk.
  3. If you find the confirmation in Spam, mark it as not spam so future messages are easier to find.
  4. Read the full email, including the sizing request, next steps, and manual information.

If you still cannot find it, contact support with the name and email used at checkout and any order or payment reference you have. A missing email does not by itself confirm whether an order was completed.

Why do I need to provide measurements before shipping?

The recordings describe suit sizing based on height, weight, chest, waist, hip, and the requested fit information. Follow the sizing instructions linked from your order confirmation and provide all requested fields.

For an order awaiting measurements, the team needs that information to select the suit size before dispatch. If you receive a reminder, check whether your sizing submission is complete.

For a two-suit package, provide the measurements for each wearer. If you have already tried a specific size or are unsure how to measure, contact support so they can confirm what to submit.

How long does delivery take?

Use the estimate shown for your specific order. The recording discusses 5–7 working days as an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Published offers and delivery windows can differ by product and region.

Timing can be affected by the availability of your suit size, custom production, carrier collection, weather, transit delays, or customs clearance.

First check that your measurements have been submitted, then check any dispatch email and tracking link. If the stated window has passed, contact support with your order number. The recording also suggests following up if you have no tracking information within two weeks; you do not need to wait that long to ask about an overdue order.

Link to this answer
I have a tracking number. Why has the package not moved?

A tracking number may be created when shipping is booked, before the carrier has collected or scanned the package. It does not necessarily mean the parcel is already moving.

  1. Open the tracking link in your dispatch email.
  2. Check whether the carrier shows collection, transit, customs, an address query, or an attempted delivery.
  3. Look for requests about an apartment number, delivery instructions, or a required signature.
  4. If the status appears unusually delayed or needs action, contact the carrier or Visionbody support with the tracking number.

The dispatch email and carrier tracking provide different information: booking a shipment and completing delivery are separate steps.

Link to this answer
Can I change my shipping address after dispatch?

Once a parcel has been dispatched, the recording directs address-change requests to the carrier through the tracking link.

  1. Open your shipment tracking.
  2. Check whether the carrier offers an address correction, redirection, or delivery-management option.
  3. Contact the carrier if you cannot make the change online. You can also tell Visionbody support about the issue.

Changes depend on the carrier and shipment status and may not be possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, contact Visionbody support as soon as possible.

Getting started

What should I do before my first session?

Before setup, read the contraindications and safety guidance for your system.

Read the quick-start guide and watch the short introductory video in MyVisionbody before you begin. It covers setup, training basics, and suit care.

  1. Fully charge the PowerBox, then register or log in to MyVisionbody.
  2. Put on the suit using the quick-start guide for your model. For the two-zipper suit described in the recording, close the back zipper before the front zipper and follow the guide’s rear-clip instructions.
  3. Attach the PowerBox and secure it with the Velcro strap.
  4. Once it is attached, hold the PowerBox button for about 3 seconds to switch it on.
  5. Check the battery level in the app’s Settings before you begin.

Follow your model’s manual if the suit closures or app screens differ.

Where can I check the battery and PowerBox details?

Open Settings in MyVisionbody. The recording describes this screen as showing your account email, remaining minutes, battery level, and PowerBox number where supported by the firmware.

Start your first session with a fully charged battery. If the PowerBox does not start, check the battery and follow the charging instructions for your model.

Indicator-light patterns can vary. Use the battery reading and your model’s manual rather than diagnosing a fault from the light color alone.

Need to charge before setup? Follow the first-charge steps.

Where can I find instructions for washing the suit?

The short onboarding video mentioned in the recording includes washing instructions. Watch it in MyVisionbody and follow the care label and the manual for your suit.

Remove the PowerBox before washing the suit. Visionbody’s published care guide says to use the supplied laundry bag and a gentle cycle, then air-dry the suit. Do not put the PowerBox in water.

Use your model’s care instructions for detergent, temperature, spin speed, and drying. Do not assume every suit version has the same requirements.

When should I not use Visionbody?

Do not use the system if you have a pacemaker, are pregnant, or have epilepsy. The supplied recording also says not to train under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

These are highlighted examples, not a complete list of contraindications. Read the full safety instructions for your specific system before use.

If you have a health condition, an injury, have recently had surgery, or are unsure whether you should use EMS, consult a qualified healthcare professional before training.

See the official setup and safety guide and your user manual for further guidance.

How do I charge the PowerBox before first use?
  1. Before switching the PowerBox on or starting registration, connect it to the charger using the cable supplied for your model. The recording mentions a Visionbody logo or smiley marking on the supplied cable.
  2. Make sure the connector is fully seated without forcing it.
  3. For the model described in the recording, a steady white light indicates charging; it turns off when charging is complete.
  4. If the expected charging light is absent or blinking, disconnect and reconnect the supplied cable. If charging still does not begin, check your model’s instructions and contact support.

The recording describes roughly 1½–2 hours for this initial charge and advises disconnecting once charging is complete rather than leaving it overnight. Follow your model’s charging instructions if the timing or indicators differ.

How do I install MyVisionbody and register my PowerBox?
  1. Fully charge your PowerBox first.
  2. Scan the app QR code in your quick-start guide, or search the Apple App Store or Google Play for MyVisionbody.
  3. Open the app and choose Sign up.
  4. When prompted, enable Bluetooth on your phone and allow MyVisionbody to use it. Hold the PowerBox button for about 3 seconds when the app asks you to switch it on.
  5. Follow the app’s PowerBox activation and registration steps. Enter the requested profile information accurately and use an email address you can access.
  6. Open the verification email, confirm your address, then return to the app and log in.

The order and names of screens may vary by app version. If the device cannot connect, check the app’s Bluetooth permission in your phone settings before retrying.

Why can’t I find or open my verification email?
  1. Check the inbox for the address you entered during registration.
  2. Search for Visionbody and check Spam or Junk.
  3. If the message is in Spam, mark it as not spam and move it to your inbox. Some email providers restrict links in junk messages.
  4. Open the verification link, then return to MyVisionbody and log in with the same email address.

If the message never arrives or the link does not work, contact support with the email address you registered. Do not share your password.

Training & recovery

Which training program should I choose?

The recording introduces Getting Started as a short demonstration program and Basic as an introduction to the stimulation experience. It also discusses Strength, Endurance, and Fat Burning as workout options.

The trainer’s suggested starting point is a 20-minute Strength session with 20 seconds of stimulation followed by 10 seconds of rest, where those settings are available and appropriate under your onboarding instructions.

Follow the exercises during the active phase and use the rest phase to recover or change position. Learn the controls and adjust each muscle group gradually before working at higher settings.

Program names describe app options; they do not guarantee a particular fitness, calorie, or weight-loss result.
Link to this answer
How often should I train, and how much recovery do I need?

The supplied guidance recommends 2–3 full-body sessions per week, typically around 20 minutes per session, with recovery between workouts.

A Visionbody session trains multiple muscle groups, so do not treat consecutive days as separate “leg day” and “upper-body day” workouts.

Visionbody’s current published FAQ specifies at least 48 hours between sessions. Follow your model’s manual and your individual onboarding plan if they set a stricter schedule.

Do not add extra sessions to make up for missed training. Recovery and your response to the previous session should guide your next workout.

Should I warm up before increasing intensity?

Yes. Warm up before starting the stimulation and adjusting intensity. The recordings emphasize gentle movement and arriving hydrated.

Once you start the program, check the app for red warning triangles. Do not increase intensity on an area that still shows a warning. Pause and follow the warning-triangle steps if needed.

Build intensity gradually while maintaining controlled movement. A higher percentage is not a target in itself.

Link to this answer
How do I adjust intensity for the first time?
  1. Complete your warm-up and start with low intensity.
  2. Learn one muscle group at a time. Select it on the app’s body diagram.
  3. Increase in small steps only during the orange, active stimulation phase, when you can feel the change.
  4. Do not increase during the gray rest phase, or while a red triangle is showing.
  5. Once the setting feels appropriate, deselect that muscle group and move to the next.

Different muscle groups may need different settings. Use the sensation and your ability to move with control, rather than copying another person’s percentage.

Once you have set each muscle group individually, the recording describes selecting the suitable groups together and adding 1–2 percentage points at a time. There is no single ideal percentage: tolerance differs by person, muscle group, and day. The contraction should make movement harder while still allowing you to move with control.

If any area shows a red triangle, deselect it and do not increase it. If a triangle starts flashing while you increase intensity, the recording recommends reducing the selected area's setting by a few percentage points. If the warning persists, pause and contact support.

Can I use a massage or wellness program after training?

The recording distinguishes workout programs from the app’s massage, wellness, and other recovery or beauty options. It mentions using these after a workout.

Use only the programs and durations permitted by your model’s manual and onboarding instructions. A program’s name does not establish a medical or recovery benefit, and it does not replace time off between full-body training sessions.

If you are unsure which option is suitable, ask Visionbody support before adding it to your routine.

App & tracking

How do I check heart rate during a session?

For systems with the supported heart-rate/ECG feature, the recording describes a paused reading, rather than continuous tracking during stimulation.

  1. Pause your training session.
  2. Tap the ECG / heart-rate icon in the app.
  3. Stand still without talking and allow about 30 seconds for the reading.
  4. When finished, use the app’s Continue Training / Play controls to resume.

The recording describes the session resuming from its previous settings with a gradual ramp-up. Check the app’s actual settings before continuing, since controls may vary by version.

Treat this as an app feature, not a medical diagnosis. No universal target heart rate is prescribed here.

Why are my calorie estimates different from my watch?

Calorie figures are estimates, not a direct measurement of calories burned. The supplied guidance says MyVisionbody may account for profile details, the selected workout, stimulation intensity, movement, and heart-rate data where available.

A watch may use a different activity category and calculation, so the totals may differ. A higher number does not, by itself, mean that one device is more accurate.

Use the figure as a rough reference. Prioritize controlled movement and an appropriate training setting rather than increasing intensity to chase calories.

How do I save and replay a training session?

After a completed session with settings that worked well for you, save it and give it a recognizable name, such as “Circuit training” or “Walking.” If the session was incomplete or the settings were unsuitable, the recording suggests exiting without saving it for Replay.

Replay reuses your saved intensity progression; it does not check whether those settings suit you today. Your hydration, fatigue, exercises, and tolerance can change between sessions.

  1. Choose a saved session from your Replay list.
  2. Monitor how each muscle group feels as intensity builds.
  3. If needed, select a muscle group and use the plus or minus controls to adjust it. Only increase during the active stimulation phase and when no warning is showing.
  4. Reduce intensity if it feels too strong. Stop or pause if you cannot move with control or a warning persists.

The trainer recommends setting up intensity individually each session. Replay may be more useful for repeating the same type of movement, such as walking, but you still need to adjust it to how you feel that day.

Link to this answer
What is the difference between training history and Replay?

Training history shows your sessions associated with your MyVisionbody account. The recording includes sessions completed at home with your own device and sessions at a gym using the same account email.

The Replay list contains only the sessions you chose to save after training so that you could reuse their intensity progression.

A session appearing in your training history does not mean it has also been saved to Replay.
